MALAYSIA - BANGLADESH | Total Logistics Solution to relocate production line
SSC Shipping Malaysia, United Ocean Lines exclusive local network partner, successfully delivered a complete factory production line from Malaysia to Bangladesh.

The removal of a complete production line for fiberboards (wood products), with total length of 110 meter did generate not less than 99 containers, containing of high cubes, open tops and flat racks. The whole project took close to 3 months to finish with stringent supervision during the dismantling process by both the German manufacturer as well as the Korean seller of the machines.

The challenges successfully managed started with the availability of the special equipment, providing same to the remote location close to the border of Thailand.

Also the dismantling job had to be performed during running production causing a demanding schedule caused by limited space.

SSC took over the position of a MLO, providing all the equipment, performed the packing, heavy lift and transportation, customs clearance and eventually shipping.
