31/10/2013 UNITED OCEAN LINES obtains NVO license in P.R. China Following a global expansion policy over the past years in the segment of maritime transport and logistics, United Ocean Lines is offering its NVOCC services on all continents in the meantime, making use of a strong network of local partners.
The NVO license (MOC-NV 05941) now been obtained in P.R. China marks the next and logic milestone in this development.
Together with the trademark registration in Hong Kong and China it will successfully transfer an era of trustful agents relations into an even stronger franchise agreement with its local partner.
Backed up by ongoing positive economic developments, especially in emerging markets, the NVO license in P.R. China will enable United Ocean Lines to open additional doors and to target new market segments a spokesman of the company said.
The official start of United Ocean Lines services using their own brand name and NVO Bill of Lading is set from 01/01/2014.

06/09/2013 UNITED OCEAN LINES - REPRESENTATION FRANCE DDS PROLINAIR took over the representation of United Ocean Lines from Shipping Agency Services (SAS), effective 1st September 2013.
Being active in “door-to-door” Ocean and air shipments DDS PROLINAIR will be able to offer all clients of United Ocean Lines their services and ability to construct solutions to their individual projects and shipments in France.
DDS PROLINAIR can count on above than 7.000 container shipments as well as more than 13.000 air shipments per year that are handled within their network of Bordeaux, Dunquerque, Lyon, Le Havre, Marseille, Toulouse and Roissy-en-France (Paris) and Rouen.
Being specialized also in high valuable cargo such as:

• Luxury goods (jewellery, value fashion, wine, luxury vehicle)

04/09/2013 UNITED OCEAN LINES names network partner in Israel Global Export Shipping Ltd. (www.GlobalExport.co.il) has been nominated to exclusively represent United Ocean Lines in Israel.
Being headquartered in Tel Aviv, G.E.S. is operating own branch offices in Ashdod and Haifa. Carrying a focus in the segment of FCL containerized business G.E.S. does also involve themselves into airfreight representing about 30% of their activities.
Inland transport as well as warehousing completes the range within the freight forwarding activities but also handling of bulk or chartering being offered by G.E.S., representing valuable tools in the range of services towards United Ocean Lines customers and overseas partners.
