21/03/2016 UNITED OCEAN LINES BACK IN SERVICE TO AND FROM IRAN United Ocean Lines positively decided to re-start commercial NVOCC activities to and from Iran following a five years period of absence born by UN, US and EU trade sanctions.

11/03/2016 Out Of Gauge (OOG) - A class of its own INDIGO FREIGHT, representing United Ocean Lines in South Africa, has built up a reputation in this particular segment, both in their home market but also in cross trades.
For the latest shipment of “earth moving machinery” from South Africa to Saudi Arabia the equipment was collected from shipper’s premises in Johannesburg, transferred to depot in Durban where INDIGO FREIGHT arranged for the loading and certified lashing.
The transfer of the 26 m/tons piece to Durban port as well as the arrangement of ocean freight, again have been take care of by INDIGO FREIGHT.

09/03/2016 CARRIERS MERCANTILE AND MARINE LLC SUCCESSFULLY DELIVERED CRUDE COLUMNS United Ocean Lines agent and network partner in the UAE successfully delivered an important part belonging to the Fujairah Crude Oil Refinery project.
A total of four crude columns, weighing 41.470 KGS each, have been shipped from Mumbai, BPT to Fujairah in the UAE. Carriers Mercantile and Marine LLC has been responsible for the entire logistics from place of collection to final delivery at the job side.

Focussing all trades and transport related business opportunities connecting the European continent, United Ocean Lines invitation to receive the latest market trends and updates as well as to perform the well prepared “one 2 one” meetings attracted a high number of participants ex Europe and overseas.
Having performed more than 120 individual “one 2 one” meetings in one day the Regional Agency Meeting Europe again has been proven to serve as an efficient event to gain new business in a highly competitive market environment and to further deepen existing relationships.
